Water was seeping through cracks in the hand-poured concrete walls where the walls meets the floor. We remedied the seepage by applying 4x8 fiberglass panels to the walls along with a pressure relief system and sump installation. We were hired by REMAX to fix this property in York Springs, Pa.
Water was seeping in where the wall meets the floor and caused water damage to the drywall. We removed the dry wall and 2x4 frames (floor plate,) installed a pressure relief system and 2 submersible sumps. We also, scraped and wire brushed all bare block and applied 2 coats of dry lock.
Water was building up inside block and seeping in where floor meets wall. We installed a pressure relief system and a submersible sump pump to alleviate water buildup. The work was performed for PNC Bank Trust.
